How is emma watsons hair cut?

I really want to cut my hair sort of short like just below my shoulders and I love emma watsons hair like this

but I can't tell if it's got long layers all the way through or if its layered like just like a V shape so the longest part is in the back.

I've had layers before but they were short and thick and i didn't like them. Plus her hair is kind of styled so I can't tell. I am asian and have really thick hair. Can anyone tell me how its cut?
