There's no universal answer - it all depends on a woman's body, face, hair, etc. - but I like the way short hair flatters a woman's neck and, depending on its length, ears.

I **LOVE** long hair, as long as it is not teased or permed. I like soft and slightly curly hair that I can hold in my hand, play with, or run my fingers through. I DISLIKE stringy, chemically treated hair that feels like starch in my hand.

ive asked alot of guys this same question overtime and most of the same long hair- i know my boyfriend LOVES my dark long hair. But i guess it also depends on your face shape and what suits you!
By the way - the cut you have now REALLY suits you as it frames your face nicly - i also think long hair will suit you too as you have an oval shape face. If you want a change try clip on hair extensions - that way you can experiment with different lengths and if you get sick of you just unclip them!
