How should i get my hair cut...?

My hair is shoulder length[[or just like an inch below myy shoulders]] and cut so that it curls at the ends naturally.

No layers.

I have blonde hiighlights[[brunette underneath]].

And I have sidebangs.

I want layers but im not sure how to gettt them and if i do, how short should my hair end up being?

it sounds like you already have a nice hair cut

but sence i dont know what you look like i can't really say

and if your hair curls at the ends you should get them trimmed monthly (curly ends often split easier) plus you have highlights sorry i couldn't exaclty answer your question D;
