extensions sucked. I got bald spots.. and my hair was 3 inches now its little over 4 1/2 but I have used multi-vitamins and has really helped. drink water. stay AWAY from heat, deep conditioning, exercise, eat healthy and protein. good shampoo and conditioner

I use this GNC product. If it doesn't help grow out hair, it makes mine shiny and my nails hard and white.

You don't have to go find a GNC store, they usually sell GNC brand in common grocery stores, like Rite Aid.
