Cut it but not too much shorter, past the shoulders is nice but I understand it can be cumbersome, so just cut it enough so that you're happy and that it's still manageable.

Well, winter is comming up really soon. And, if you cut it, your neck might get cold. eventhough you could just use a scarf, you might somehow forget the scarf at home of whereever, and you'll never forget where you put your hair...

I'm waiting for my hair to get longer, right now, its at the bottom of my shoulders.

ask your friends if you have a slender face and then ya it looks really good if you have it a little shorter but long hair is really pretty and you can do so much more with it. my hair lenghth is the same as yours. if you have thick hair then get layers its really cute!
