How short should I cut it? It's about 3 inches below my shoulder and I want it cut shorter. Should I get it cut shoulder length or a bit shorter?

Btw, I have a semi-oval face shape. Some people say it's round some people say oval.

if your cutting it lower than your shoulder you may hav to syle it for it to look good an if your coserned about cost dont do that. If your cutting it 3 inches below your shoulder it might be better .An i agree also wit TEDDY go on the site an deside
