don't wait until your hair gets longer. if you have split ends or if your ends are damaged, if you let it grow, it won't look nice. you have to cut the damaged ends, so that your hair can grow quickly. right now, your hair is focusing on the ends. the more it does it, the less likely your hair will grow healthy.

no just get it over with.try a better conditioner for the ends especially if ure using so much heat.and try not to use heat everyday.Pantene has a good conditioner

Try a "dusting" trim. It just cleans up the ends, without taking length and freshens up layers.

Great idea every 4-6 weeks, obviously it won't get all the damage like a 1/4" trim but hey it's better then leaving scraggly ends!

good but pricy shampoo and contitioner is MATRIX at JcPENNYS and what makes my hair so shiny is brush it before you go to sleep every night but DONT yank on it if you get you contitioner just lightly scrape it trust me i get compliment on my hair all the time

Find a cute shorter cut and go with that. Also, are you using a moisturizing oil on your hair b4 the flat iron? Redken makes a good one. It is called Smooth Down Heat Glide. You only need a drop or two.

No get it cut now so it wont get damaged more. Try not to use a flat iron often. Get your hair chemically straightened so it wont damage it...Hope it helps = )))
