i have thin, long, naturally straight hair that never frizzes.

Right now I have side bangs, and layers.

I think you would look great in a mid-neck length shag cut. You should definitely keep the side bangs and some of the layers. A shorter, sexy cut will make your face stand out and it will feel great.
